1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and j177 ("j177", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the j177 platform, including the website at j177.biz, any associated mobile interfaces, and all betting, casino, and gaming services offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing any bet, or using any feature of j177, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of j177 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. j177 is strictly an adult platform. We operate a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting in a personal, non-commercial capacity.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded person on j177 or any related responsible gaming programme.
• You must be legally permitted to engage in online betting and gaming activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining and complying with any such local laws.
• You must not have been previously barred or suspended from the j177 Platform for any reason.

j177 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access j177's betting, casino, and gaming services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Maintain only one (1) account on j177. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended and any balance being voided.

j177 operates one account per household and per device. Where multiple accounts are detected sharing an IP address, residential address, or payment method, j177 reserves the right to merge or suspend all such accounts and conduct a full review of associated activity.

4. Deposits & Payments

All transactions on the j177 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). j177 supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Additional methods may be available as displayed in your account dashboard at the time of deposit.

• Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed in the j177 deposit interface at the time of transaction. These are subject to change.
• Deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• j177 does not accept cryptocurrency or any form of digital token as a payment method.
• You are responsible for any fees levied by your payment provider in connection with deposits. j177 does not charge deposit processing fees, but your bank or mobile wallet provider may do so.
• j177 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before crediting any deposit to your account if fraud prevention procedures require it.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal of funds from your j177 account is subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit to the same j177 account, or to a payment method verified as belonging to the account holder.
• j177 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframe displayed in the Withdraw section of your account dashboard. Processing times may vary depending on your payment method and any additional verification requirements.
• j177 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected. In such cases, j177 will communicate with you through your registered contact details.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must be fulfilled before the relevant portion of your balance is eligible for withdrawal, as described in the applicable bonus terms.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any casino game on j177, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All bets and game plays are final once confirmed. j177 does not accept cancellation or modification requests for confirmed wagers except where specifically permitted under applicable product rules.
• The minimum and maximum stake amounts applicable to each market or game are displayed within the relevant product at the time of placing a wager. j177 reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.
• j177 uses independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for all applicable casino and slots products. Results are generated fairly and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live game or bet settlement, j177 will resolve the situation in accordance with the relevant product rules and in a manner it determines to be fairest to all affected parties.
• j177 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of exploitation of an error in odds or game configuration, collusion, or any other form of manipulation.
• Decisions made by j177 regarding the settlement of bets and games are final and binding, subject to any applicable complaints procedure.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

j177 may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms that will be clearly communicated at the point of offer. General bonus conditions applicable across j177 promotions include:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Commercial exploitation or systematic abuse of bonus structures is strictly prohibited.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual offer terms.
• j177 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of misuse or where a technical error has occurred in the offer configuration.
• Only one active welcome bonus is permitted per new j177 account. Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash until applicable wagering requirements are satisfied.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j177 Platform and will result in account suspension, voiding of relevant balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any other technology to place bets or interact with the Platform outside of normal manual browser use.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or participating in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of any sporting event on which j177 offers markets.
• Colluding with other players or j177 employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or mispricings in any game or betting market.
• Using j177 for money laundering or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws.
• Providing false or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or in any communication with j177.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Account Suspension & Closure

j177 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• A user request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Inactivity over an extended period, subject to applicable dormant account procedures communicated to the registered email address.

Upon account closure, any outstanding verified balance (net of applicable bonus deductions and pending review amounts) will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method, subject to completed KYC. j177 is not liable for any losses arising from account suspension where such suspension is made in accordance with these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the j177 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, text, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and data compilations — is the property of j177 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any j177 content without prior written authorisation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• j177 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
• j177 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform at all times.
• j177's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your j177 account at the time the relevant claim arises.
• j177 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit j177's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which j177 operates. In the event of a dispute between you and j177, you agree to first contact j177 support to seek an informal resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration or, where applicable, the relevant regulatory complaints procedure.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
